This film could have been alot worse. A short trip to the English Riviera, for the third ‘English Riviera Express’ hauled by 60007 ‘Sir Nigel Gresley’. The first shot was in the Teign estuary on a jetty, which was ok? Filming on a jetty can give you an excellent shot, however, they move about and are used by other people, which isn't ideal as I found out, so if the pictures are not straight and people are shouting, I guess it's unfortunate. After this, I missed the arrival into Kingswear having been held up by everything including tractors, caravans, coaches, tourists and a crash. Fortunately I was able to see the turnaround at the turntable in Churston, and unlike in my other film ‘Too Much Pressure’, Gresleys’ safety valves didn't blow off upon leaving Kingswear.
